Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The Product is in its original condition — unused or lightly used, with no physical damage caused by the customer.
  • The Product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Items returned after 14 days or in a condition that suggests misuse, physical damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@smiledrive.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the Product in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Share the tracking number with us once the package has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit during the return shipment. SmileDrive does not provide pre-paid return labels.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smiledrive.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of physical damage caused by the customer
  • Items with missing parts or original packaging
