Where We Ship

SmileDrive ships worldwide. We are committed to delivering your OBD2 AI fuel economy device to customers in every country we are legally permitted to ship to. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@smiledrive.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Free)

  5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by destination country.

• Express Shipping ($9.99)

  2–3 business days after dispatch. Available to most countries.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Order Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. SmileDrive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@smiledrive.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
